Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RedditReach (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not misuse the Service or assist others in doing so.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and platform rules, including Reddit's policies. You will not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, or to spam or harass users.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize our payment provider Paddle (acting as Merchant of Record) to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and any other charges to your selected payment method. Prices are listed before checkout and may change with notice. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

4. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal for a refund consideration. Refunds are evaluated case by case based on usage and account activity. Where applicable, Paddle’s refund terms and regional consumer laws may apply. To request a refund, email support@redditreach.app with your order number.

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. To avoid renewal charges, cancel before the renewal date. Upon cancellation, features tied to paid plans may be limited or disabled.

6. Taxes and Invoices

Taxes (including VAT/GST) are calculated and collected by Paddle as Merchant of Record based on your billing details. Invoices and receipts are provided by Paddle and available via the checkout receipt or customer portal.

7. Trial and Promotions

Any free trials or promotional offers are subject to specific terms. At the end of a trial, unless canceled, you may be charged the standard subscription price.

8. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software and content. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or cause risk or liability. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that the Service will meet your requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedditReach and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (for example, via email or in-app). Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
